CHP brush motor electric screwdrivers feature large side windows for easy brush replacement, minimizing downtime. Direct plug-in models with a push-to-start function are also available. All CHP electric screwdrivers are suited for the electronics industry with ESD safe design. The screwdriver power supply features stepless RPM control and a soft start for select models. Optional error-proofing power supplies monitor your assembly process to ensure proper and consistent installation. All power supplies can be mounted on the CHP spring balancer for extra space savings. CHP assembly tools also offer high precision torque meters for torque calibration and adjustable screw feeders that increase installation efficiency.
